This was addressed by implementing face-to-face <strong>roadshows<\/strong> to foster awareness and interaction around policies and processes.<\/p>\n<p>Innovation was encouraged through learning platforms like <strong>Chalhoub University and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)<\/strong>, which helped Team Members explore cross-functional roles.<\/p>\n<p>We advanced workshops dedicated to teaching leaders how to create psychological safety within their teams. Additionally, we rolled out wellbeing initiatives such as <em>Wellbeing Thursdays<\/em> and group-wide therapy access to support holistic wellness.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><h5 class=\"w-text us_custom_cfada43f has_text_color\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Outcome<\/span><\/span><\/h5><h4 class=\"w-text\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Up to 14-point increase in key culture indicators<\/span><\/span><\/h4><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The changes we implemented led to increased transparency, Team Member enablement, and a deeper sense of trust.
